The breakfast area was really crowded, and getting a table was like a race. the staff seemed overwhelmed. i also found the gym to be smaller than expected. It had limited equipment. it was disappointing, especially since i was hoping to keep up with my routine .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated their quick responses to my requests. Breakfast offered many options, with high-quality service and fresh products. The view from my higher floor room was Fine. I liked the buggy system because the hotel is uphill, and it was easy to get around.
It was sometimes difficult to find a parking space for my car. I occasionally parked about 200 meters away.

The hotel features a location that combines both the sea and the natural landscape. A short distance away is the beach, easily accessible and offering clear WATER. Convenient shuttle carts are available for transport around the hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, ready with answers about Rhodes. I found everyone I met to be kind. I especially loved the quick responses to my requests! The hotel provides excellent attention to detail.

The resort includes multiple restaurants that serve different cuisines, and all offer good service. Breakfast has plenty of options, with good service and great food. A nice selection of drinks is available in the EVENING.

A convenient buggy system allows guests to move around the hotel easily. The beach is just steps away and features views from the hotel. Beach beds ARE comfortable. The pool area is very clean and spacious.

underwhelming experience

tvsun bedridiculous policy
the meticulously designed rooms included a coffee machine, minibar, and tv.
The sun bed situation was a joke. You had to be up before 7:30 am just to snag one, otherwise you were stuck paying €80-100 for a fancy one. i found it ridiculous that they don't enforce their own policy about reserving beds with towels. also, they asked for a tip at the end, but the service hardly seemed like a 5-star experience.

I found that every detail seemed carefully considered. The check-in was efficient and I was greeted with a refreshing drink. My Beautiful Double Room Sea View had a view of the sea and offered plenty of space. I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning. The sunrise was something special.

The pools were well-kept, refreshing experience. Loungers were comfortable and readily available. I noticed the gym had several cardio machines and free weights. It allowed for a full workout. The spa offered a range of treatments.
