The location proved very convenient! the staff provided excellent service. the rooms included air conditioning. It worked effectively. i found a useful ice machine on site.
The street noise was sometimes noticeable at night. I suggest bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The double room had adequate space. The air conditioning was effective! the beds provided good support. fresh towels were supplied daily. They felt soft.

While i didn't dine extensively, breakfast had some good options. the coffee machine worked well. It provided a quick caffeine fix. the dining area remained clean, staff kept things tidy.

The hotel is very close to main attractions. Most things were within walking distance. access to public transport was convenient. The bus and metro are nearby. there are several shops close to the premises.

The staff members were attentive. They addressed inquiries quickly. check-in was swift. The process worked smoothly. i found the front desk helpful with directions. they offered useful advice about local areas.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for accessing various points of interest (i especially liked being close to the metro).
The room was a bit noisy. I could hear conversations in the hallway. the toiletries provided were minimal, just a small liquid soap (which was supposed to be shampoo too).

the rooms are super spacious plus very generous. its location is so central it's only 2 minutes from plaça catalunya. the rooms were so quiet i had a great night rest.
the furniture are somewhat dated but not a big deal.
