large terrace high standard buffet restaurant sofa bed birthday acknowledgement disappointing moment
The hotel is a beautiful place. Our room had a large terrace with a table and chairs. The food I eat was of a very high standard. I also enjoyed the option to swap the evening buffet for the other two restaurants.
Our room was not big enough. The sofa bed, once out, left very little room. I did not like there was no acknowledgement of the birthday I had made them aware of. I found that it was a bit disappointing.

repetitive food inconvenient system
the pool area was acceptable with plenty of beds seating and umbrellas
the food lacked variety after a few days it became quite repetitive the half board system required collecting tickets daily to adjust meal times this process was inconvenient and poorly organized furthermore the service was inconsistent with long waits for drinks and lunch despite minimal occupancy

Really good Stay with Great Staff
friendly staff good choice
The hotel staff were very cute. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything. I found the breakfast included a good range of choices. Fresh fruit, pastries, and local meats were available. the room was modern. It included wi-fi and was spotlessly clean.
The hotel requires some walking between different areas. The multiple elevators to reach the beach took some time to navigate, especially at the beginning of my stay. This design could be challenging with mobility issues.

The main restaurant has a buffet for breakfast. It includes an amazing selection of food to start the day. Pelagos pool and bar offers lunch and drinks with great views.

The staff members are very cute. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests. The reception staff provides a warm welcome, ensuring a pleasant arrival for every guest.

The hotel features two pools. There is also a private beach with free sunbeds (a nice perk!). The beach is well-kept and provides a relaxing environment for all visitors.

a mixed experience
lukewarm food expensive drinks
The food at the buffet was not great. It was often lukewarm or cold, i think. drinks were so expensive. It was a surprise. the entertainment schedule was not good either. live bands played while we ate dinner. This left me and others missing out. also, the massage i booked was ridiculously expensive. It was also disappointing since there was no face to face consultation.

the location provides easy access to nearby attractions. my room included a spacious balcony and it added much value. the hotel maintains very clean spaces throughout the premises. the on-site boutique offered a variety of items for purchase.
the hotel has a challenging layout with many stairs that may be difficult for those with mobility issues.

friendly staff perfect weather clean rooms
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean. Housekeeping made our nighties look pretty. I enjoyed regular drinks from the beach attendant. The weather was perfect!!!
The gym needs new equipment.
