The hotel is a beautiful place. Our room had a large terrace with a table and chairs. The food I eat was of a very high standard. I also enjoyed the option to swap the evening buffet for the other two restaurants.
Our room was not big enough. The sofa bed, once out, left very little room. I did not like there was no acknowledgement of the birthday I had made them aware of. I found that it was a bit disappointing.

the food lacked variety after a few days it became quite repetitive the half board system required collecting tickets daily to adjust meal times this process was inconvenient and poorly organized furthermore the service was inconsistent with long waits for drinks and lunch despite minimal occupancy

Really good Stay with Great Staff

The hotel staff were very cute. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything. I found the breakfast included a good range of choices. Fresh fruit, pastries, and local meats were available. the room was modern. It included wi-fi and was spotlessly clean.
The hotel requires some walking between different areas. The multiple elevators to reach the beach took some time to navigate, especially at the beginning of my stay. This design could be challenging with mobility issues.

a mixed experience

lukewarm foodexpensive drinks
The food at the buffet was not great. It was often lukewarm or cold, i think. drinks were so expensive. It was a surprise. the entertainment schedule was not good either. live bands played while we ate dinner. This left me and others missing out. also, the massage i booked was ridiculously expensive. It was also disappointing since there was no face to face consultation.
