amazing stay!

The resort had unbelievable food choices. Vegetarian friends also found many options. the grounds were nicely maintained. the staff was friendly and were very good. special thanks to yairis, mariluz, yudi, guideilys, rosa, victor, eleazar, lujeiry, willy, danilo, olga, rafael, angelo, marielis, jackeline, berlin, brayan, rossy, pedro, salvador, liberi, aracelis and yohan, yireisy, bryan, jesus, red, prisila from entertainment.
our fuego suite had minor issues like a clogged shower drain. the fridge was not stocked with our specific requests. the patio bed had a sweat stain and was not replaced.

The resort features multiple pools, offering both lively and quiet atmospheres. The overall design is architecturally fine with attention to detail. guests can easily find a space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. the pools were excellent!!!

The personnel in all restaurants were really good. They were happy, friendly, and had a great attitude. one strength of this resort is the entertainment team. Jesus is an really good person with a great attitude. his team was talented.

Almost all restaurants were tried except the mexican one. Miraflores cevicheria near the pool side and the asian tepanyaki restaurant stood out. the food was AMAZING!!! the resort provides multiple dining options, including restaurants and in-room service.

The staff was very kind and attentive! the drinks were indeed good, prepared with care, and the rooms were beautiful! i enjoyed the amazing hotel. It seemed designed for romance. The hotel had a quality, i would treasure. i was grateful to return to this oasis.

the hotel had several pools that offered a relaxing swim experience! the gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes to maintain a workout routine! there was also a spa offering various treatments for relaxation and rejuvenation.

our junior suite had a comfortable king-size bed with soft linens that were quite soothing. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower adding convenience, i felt. a minibar, restocked daily, offered a selection of drinks.

The resort featured five restaurants with diverse menus. Each one offered a special experience, i was eager to partake! the breakfast buffet included a variety of options such as fresh fruit and pastries! i found several dishes of particular pleasure.

The hotel was located near the beach, with convenient access to the ocean! nearby shops sold local crafts and souvenirs. Each held a treasure. the airport was a twenty-minute drive away for easy access to flights.
