fantastic family stay!
comfortable room welsh cakes tasty food
The family room we booked impressed me so much. It was large and very comfortable. nice little extras, like welsh cakes and hot chocolate, added to the welcome. the food was such good quality and beautifully presented, also tasty. friendly, helpful staff were always available, especially the breakfast lady, who catered safely to my allergies!
the pool seemed a bit dated, though it was clean.

nice pool friendly staff charging facilities steam room
i found a really clean place with a nice pool. the Staff were friendly, and i liked that breakfast was very nice. i noted there are ev charging facilities available and also some nice walks by the river, a definite bonus. the Sauna and steam room was a welcome addition after my walk.

the staff were courteous and cute, they provided assistance. there was attention to detail evident, which i appreciated. the staff delivered a professional, helpful service at all times, a plus.
