fine location amazing views red squirrel
The location is fine. Views of the loch are amazing from the room. i could take a bath and see the loch at the same time. our host, marcin, keeps a bird feeder by the car park, and we saw a red squirrel feasting.

Really good hospitality amidst nature

true dedication diverse wildlife loch access
The owner showed true dedication. He ensured everyone felt welcome. I saw diverse wildlife including red squirrels right from the window. The access to the loch for a swim was very convenient. The decking area also had a bbq for guest use.
I found breakfast ordering slightly confusing as I booked in A HURRY. It wasn't clear if breakfast was included. Getting clarity upon arrival would be helpful
Dining
9/10
Breakfast was very good, offering tasty options. I observed that the host prepared plant-based choices upon request. There is also a nearby Boatshed café just a short drive from the hotel, so you can get great food and drinks.
Service
10/10
The owner was helpful and attentive. HE offered tips on local attractions and dining options. I noticed that he booked a table for me at a nearby restaurant.
Facilities
9/10
The location has multiple spots to enjoy the scenery. The house offers direct access to a community woodland walk. I also saw plans for future additions such as a sauna and yoga pod which is amazing.
