I found the staff helpful and friendly throughout my stay. they provided clear directions to wimbledon (a real plus!) and made excellent recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast offered many choices. It was delicious and set me up for the day. i especially enjoyed the pastries (fresh and varied!).
