clean room friendly staff
I found the location ideal. the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stop there again. the great location offered a quiet street, but walking distance to train stations and nearby pubs, as well as restaurants, worked well!
The double beautiful room is small, the bathroom is very small also. It was a little chilly in the room.

I received a FREE upgrade upon arrival, which I really APPRECIATED. My room was cozy and very clean. The bed was also comfortable. The shower worked GREAT. The staff showed such kindness when I temporarily misplaced my passport.

unattractive view loud refrigerator
My room faced an unattractive view of other rooms air conditioning units. this meant i had to keep the window closed. running the air conditioning became necessary. the breakfast experience was also subpar. The breakfast room is located in a crowded basement with a low ceiling and a loud refrigerator adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. the chicken bacon and chicken sausage lacked flavor and were disappointing.

the breakfast included a variety of pastries including danishes (they were flaky and sweet) and croissants. my room featured a heated bathroom floor, especially lovely in the mornings.

helpful staff early check-in storage space bottled water
The super nice team and very accommodating. I could check in early and leave my luggage after checkout. my room included a kettle, fridge, bottled water, and robes. it also had ample storage space, this was all beyond what i expected. i would stay here again!
the ac made a weird noise, but a technician fixed it.

breakfast was great. it was served in a tiny room, so it got crowded at times but. the food was still yummy! there was plenty to choose from too.

mixed experience, some issues noticed
small bathroom noisy pipes
The beautiful double room was small. The bathroom was also very small. it felt cold inside. also, i noticed some dust. it also lacked bathrobes. plus, the window offered a view of two large ventilation pipes, and they were noisy.
