solid stay
comfortable beds usb connections convenient location
The room was clean and warm, a real plus . beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep (which is essential for me). i especially appreciated the usb connections in the power sockets. It was very convenient. i also appreciated the tesco express across the road. It helped me get snacks quickly.
the staff seemed very young, and some aspects of service felt a bit inconsistent.

the hotel is in an upscale neighborhood (very calm, i must say). it is near the river thames, offering pleasant walks. bus station is near, providing easy access to public transport.

adequate stay, but housekeeping issues
the location was good.
I found the housekeeping lacking. The bathroom dispensers remained empty, and we never received enough towels despite repeated requests. Attention to detail was clearly missing.

underwhelming stay, room issues
the location was acceptable it was close to transport links.
the room was small i booked it for two people but the bed was far too narrow it made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable the entire stay.

acceptable stay but some issues
stained sheets uncomfortable bed
the staff were friendly and helpful which was appreciated.
the room was quite small and it felt cramped plus i found the bed uncomfortable. i also noticed that the sheets had some stains on them which was a bit off-putting. when i reported it they did change them though. the lack of attention to detail impacted my overall experience.

small room inconsistent housekeeping
The room was smaller than i expected. i found it hard to relax with so little space. the housekeeping service was also inconsistent. One day they forgot to replace the towels. breakfast had a limited selection of pastries. i was slightly let down.

room size pillow request
the room was small the bed was not very comfortable the bathroom lacked proper ventilation and the air felt stale our request for extra pillows was not fulfilled until the next day i found the overall experience a bit underwhelming considering the brand name. it really affected my experience in the hotel. it was an unpleasant suprise i do not want to repeat.
