The pool had a movie night with the original jumanji movie. It was nice. the room was clean. i also liked the big size of the rooms and bathrooms, it was very useful.
the staff were not very friendly. after a long day, it was tough.

the location was convenient. proximity to the parks was a big plus. the included express passes gave us great advantage. i also found the rooms spacious and clean.
the wifi was abysmal. i tried to connect multiple devices with no luck. the front desk was unhelpful with the wifi issues. the sushi i ate did not taste fresh at all.

the hotel wasn't perfect for me. i got a room far from the main areas. there was a lot of walking to get to the pool and transportation, it was annoying! also, i found out i was charged $15 just to heat up pizza in the microwave, it was unexpected and i found that kinda cheap.

the express unlimited passes significantly enhanced our park experience. our room was spacious and clean. i found the proximity to the parks and city walk convenient, i really appreciated the short walk. the water taxis provided a relaxing transportation option, a plus.
the room service menu seemed a bit limited compared to other hotels i have visited.

the water taxi service was very convenient. the breakfast buffet had many options and i found the staff very friendly.
The room had a musty smell. It was not pleasant. the microwave incurred a $15 charge for heating pizza. This was unexpected.
