dated room bad shower
the room felt a little dated. the shower didn't work that well. also, i asked for service by the pool several times, but no one ever came. i found this very frustrating.

Generally good stay
clean room water taxi noise level staff room
The rooms were very clean. The room was also very up to date, i TRULY appreciated it. The location is great. The water taxi to the park was easy and enjoyable.
The noise level was HORRIBLE at night. My room was next to the staff room, it was very loud. The staff came in between 1am and 2am, people talked loudly until about 4am.

convenient boat service easy access variety of equipment
The boat service to the parks was quick and convenient. I appreciated the easy access to CityWalk via the water taxi. It saved a lot of walking. The gym included a variety of equipment. There were treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights.
The elevators seemed a bit slow at peak times.
