The hotel was close to Disney Springs. I could easily walk there. The complimentary buses to the parks were very convenient. They saved me time and money on transportation.
My room was supposed to have a fireworks view. I could see the Epcot fireworks from my room, but not the Magic Kingdom fireworks. The staff said they were too far away to see from my tower. I feel the description was misleading.

The room cleanliness was a MAJOR disappointment. They only offered a 'refresher service' instead of cleaning it properly EVERY day, so the room was not actually cleaned. The breakfast quality was the WORST i have EVER experienced in a hotel. Cheap food items and not great options.

The advertised fireworks view was misleading. I booked a room specifically for this feature, but I could only see the Epcot fireworks. The Magic Kingdom fireworks were barely visible from the elevator area. This was disappointing, considering the extra charge. The staff's response at checkout was not helpful either, as they seemed dismissive of my concerns regarding the fireworks view. the breakfast was also underwhelming. The buffet quality was average. It leaned towards poor. I expected better for the price point.

I found the shuttle service to the parks convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a great start to the day with plenty of choices. I especially appreciated the evening snacks and complimentary drinks (it was a nice touch!). The pool was relaxing, and the hot tub felt wonderful after a long day.
The elevators were a little slow during peak hours (but that's a minor thing).
