the host was very responsive to messages, reassuring.
i was disappointed that the room i received was not the studio i had booked (the photos looked much nicer). it felt more like a very basic room, and that wasn't what i expected.

inadequate temperature regulationwaste receptacle absence
the room's temperature regulation proved inadequate. it took a considerable time for the space to reach a comfortable warmth upon arrival. additionally, the absence of a waste receptacle in the room was an oversight. i did not have shower gel at my disposal in the bathroom, also no hand gel was present.

the location was excellent. i easily walked to the tube station and wembley stadium was nearby. parking was also available on a private drive, very convenient.
The hallways were not very clean. i also noticed the rugs were quite dirty. I did not walk barefoot on them.
