The staff was friendly. I could easily walk a few blocks to multiple Christmas markets. I watched the Krampus parade right outside the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. High-quality pillows and crisp clean bedding provided a good rest, and the room felt luxurious.

The hotel did not allow me an early check-in, even though the room was available. I arrived at 12:30 PM. The receptionist was rude when I mentioned I was traveling and pregnant.

the location is definitely a plus. i found it very easy to reach many attractions on foot. the minibar had complimentary items, that was a nice touch. the breakfast tasted good too.

the room was a bit too noisy for me. i could clearly hear sounds from both the street and the adjacent rooms. it was difficult to have a good night's sleep. the wardrobe space was almost nonexistent.

The location is very central near the market. The room had a nespresso machine for coffee. The minibar contents were complimentary with soda and snacks. The provided meditation mat was a nice touch for in room exercise.

The bar closed early one evening due to a private party it made me feel unwelcome.
