Excellent Central Stay

The staff was friendly and helpful during my check-in process. I received a complimentary beer upon arrival, a nice cute gesture. I also appreciated the convenience of the WhatsApp concierge service. It allowed me to ask questions and receive prompt responses while exploring the city.
I found the absence of included breakfast a bit inconvenient. The hotel does not have its own breakfast area. Guests need to go to a nearby hotel, not ideal.

limited selectionunhelpful staff
the breakfast location was not ideal , as it was situated in a separate building. the selection at breakfast was also limited , especially considering the price. noise from nearby trams continued late into the night , which disturbed my sleep. i also found the staff unhelpful after 10 pm , which was inconvenient.
