smooth central stay
key transport modern amenities thoughtful design electronic system
the location proved ideal, very close to key transport links. the staff demonstrated helpfulness throughout my stay. my room included modern amenities and thoughtful design elements. i found the electronic check-in system efficient and convenient, skipping reception queues.
Soundproofing could be improved. I heard some street noise at times.

the room featured a comfortable bed and ample space for luggage. i appreciated the modern bathroom fixtures and the readily available toiletries. there was good natural light coming through a large window.

non-existent air conditioning noisy street
The location was convenient. It had quick access to transportation.
The lack of closet space was quite annoying. I had to live out of my suitcase for the entire stay. The air conditioning was practically non-existent and opening the window at night was not an option because the street was very noisy (honestly, what is a girl to do?).

Excellent Central Stay
friendly staff convenient service
The staff was friendly and helpful during my check-in process. I received a complimentary beer upon arrival, a nice cute gesture. I also appreciated the convenience of the WhatsApp concierge service. It allowed me to ask questions and receive prompt responses while exploring the city.
I found the absence of included breakfast a bit inconvenient. The hotel does not have its own breakfast area. Guests need to go to a nearby hotel, not ideal.

limited selection unhelpful staff
the breakfast location was not ideal , as it was situated in a separate building. the selection at breakfast was also limited , especially considering the price. noise from nearby trams continued late into the night , which disturbed my sleep. i also found the staff unhelpful after 10 pm , which was inconvenient.
