I found the contact number missing on the expedia site, and the hotel did not acknowledge the cancellation of one room in time. That caused me some trouble.

I appreciated the close proximity to the ostbahnhof station. i also liked the fun atmosphere at night near the hotel. The werksviertel is great for night owls, though the parking was expensive.
The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. it seemed to go from hot to cold quickly. there was no fridge in the room which was annoying.

the staff was very accommodating. the facilities were great and i appreciated the proximity to the train station. i also liked the free beer i received each day since i declined room cleaning.
the hotel's parking system needs an upgrade. i had to call customer service every time i entered or exited, even with a day pass.
