unhappy staffinfrequent cleaning
The bar staff seemed. unhappy. They would take my entire order, then forget it after three drinks. Housekeeping was also an issue. They removed sheets from my child's made-up bed and never cleaned the floor (like, ever). They also didn't bother to top anything up. It seemed they only changed the bed linens.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
super clean roomfriendly staffthoughtful touch
The cleaning was superb. I always found my room super clean! The staff members were friendly and very helpful. Their warm welcomes really set a positive tone. When I arrived, I received a lovely fruit plate and a bottle of superb Cyprus red wine. This was a nice, thoughtful touch.
The evening entertainment area could really use some brightening up. It felt a bit dull.

The hotel offers a tennis court that is easily bookable through reception and is kept in very good condition, offering guests a great recreational option. An adult-only pool provides a quiet and relaxing space, away from the general activity, complete with comfortable loungers.

The food selection at the main mealtimes offers a great variety, with additional dining options available during the day, ensuring there is something for every palate. The salad bar is amazing, it is perfect for a healthy lunch, and themed nights introduce different cuisines.
