Fantastic resort for families

I appreciated the layout of the main restaurant. It opens onto the main outdoor area. You can easily watch the pools from there. The variety of pools, play areas, and activities was great for keeping children entertained. The food had many choices at every meal (the desserts were really good!). The plants and flowers added beauty to the surroundings.
I requested a ground floor room on arrival, but it was not available. During the entire stay, the fan in our room was broken. Despite reporting it three times, this was never fixed.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional at all times. They were always available to assist with any queries. The animation team and lifeguards were very enthusiastic, engaging guests of all ages in activities. The service was excellent.
