breakfast buffet amazing spa plastic glass
The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The spa is the BEST I have ever been to. I liked that drinks were brought to me at the pools. The "glasses" are actually plastic, but they are good quality!!!
I ordered a pizza from the lounge bar after seeing it advertised. It had a horrible frozen base.

pleasant stay with some issues
helpful staff good breakfast clean room noisy room hard bed smaller bed
the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast included lots of choices and tasted very good. the room was very comfy and tidy. we enjoyed our stay for those reasons.
the road outside made our first room noisy. the hotel changed our room. this new room had a smaller and rock hard bed. i did not sleep well.

The location was perfect with wonderful views. The spa and swimming pools were very good. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, and the views were amazing!
The parking cost was a bit steep, in my opinion.

limited spa access separate charge
breakfast offered a good choice of items.
the last time i visited was before restrictions, i found the spa access to be quite limited this time. access was restricted to specific hours. the outdoor pool required a separate charge, and it was fully booked. this felt unrelaxing.

wonderful hotel experience
friendly staff maintained grounds arrival package
I was thankful for the friendly staff and the beautifully maintained grounds. There were even rabbits hopping around. i appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly (a great bonus for animal lovers!). i liked the package we got on arrival. It included a dog bed, towel, bowl, and some treats.
Access to the pool was limited. It should be open to residents at all times without extra spa costs.

the hotel has a beautiful location directly by the lake. a bus stop located right across from the hotel is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area if you don't have a car.
