The location was lovely. The views from our bedroom seemed to stretch on forever. the room was spacious. the rooftop pool was wonderful!
the air conditioning barely worked so it was not ideal for the warm summer nights. there were no coffee or tea facilities available in the room. bathrooms were a cramped layout that always resulted in the floor getting wet during a shower.

it had a private balcony i liked. the central location was very convenient. i also found the room quiet despite being in the city center.
my room had no windows this was a problem. the heating was also on making it suffocating and stuffy. there was no effort from staff to help with this issue. i think this could have been better.

I found the location really great. It was walkable to most places we wanted to see. dining options were also nearby, so it was easy to find food. the staff was very friendly.
The air conditioning barely worked. This made the room less comfortable during warm days. there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, only in the shared space after noon. I found this inconvenient. bathrooms in the rooms had a cramped layout. The floor got wet after showering.

the location was convenient. it was just a short walk to the main shopping areas. the rooms were basic. i found them clean. breakfast included a good choice of food.
i didn't like that the staff at reception wasn't friendly during my arrival. she seemed tired. i noticed no lock on the filter in the bathtub floor. the bathroom also lacked a lock.
