The hotel's central location was fantastic. I walked to many attractions. I appreciated the helpful and professional staff. The room was spacious and clean. This.

spacious room private balcony quiet room no windows suffocating room unhelpful staff
it had a private balcony i liked. the central location was very convenient. i also found the room quiet despite being in the city center.
my room had no windows this was a problem. the heating was also on making it suffocating and stuffy. there was no effort from staff to help with this issue. i think this could have been better.

great location nearby dining friendly staff weak aircon no coffee cramped layout
I found the location really great. It was walkable to most places we wanted to see. dining options were also nearby, so it was easy to find food. the staff was very friendly.
The air conditioning barely worked. This made the room less comfortable during warm days. there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, only in the shared space after noon. I found this inconvenient. bathrooms in the rooms had a cramped layout. The floor got wet after showering.

a decent stay
convenient location short walk good food unfriendly staff missing lock bath floor
the location was convenient. it was just a short walk to the main shopping areas. the rooms were basic. i found them clean. breakfast included a good choice of food.
i didn't like that the staff at reception wasn't friendly during my arrival. she seemed tired. i noticed no lock on the filter in the bathtub floor. the bathroom also lacked a lock.
