the location is very central! i found it easy to get everywhere i wanted. i was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but this was the best hotel of the three i stayed at during my thailand holiday. the staff were very friendly and helpful!!!
the small step into the bathroom was not marked, so it was a hazard. the tile was very slippery when wet. i think a simple marking would really help!

the hotel staff was quick to respond to requests and always ready to assist, which improved the overall quality of my stay. i really felt welcome and valued throughout my time here, it was AMAZING!!!

the on-site cafe offered a great selection of drinks and snacks at reasonable prices, perfect for a quick bite or a refreshing beverage by the pool. the coffee was strong and flavorful and gave me the perfect start to each day!!!
