the staff were very helpful the room is nice. the pool at the top is so relaxing. i appreciated how clean the pool was and enjoyed spending time there after a long day.

the little step into the bathroom was not marked as a step so a hazard and the tile was very slippery when wet. the unmarked step was a tripping hazard and i nearly fell a couple of times.

The location was central. This made it easy to get around.

The air conditioning in my room leaked. staff entered my room to fix the ac issue and it was not resolved . the towel policy was frustrating. I was charged 200 baht for a missing towel, though i did not take it.

the location is very central! i found it easy to get everywhere i wanted. i was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but this was the best hotel of the three i stayed at during my thailand holiday. the staff were very friendly and helpful!!!

the small step into the bathroom was not marked, so it was a hazard. the tile was very slippery when wet. i think a simple marking would really help!

the hotel staff was quick to respond to requests and always ready to assist, which improved the overall quality of my stay. i really felt welcome and valued throughout my time here, it was AMAZING!!!
