Spanish lessons are conducted by qualified instructors who assess students before placement in beginner, intermediate, or advanced classes. Class sizes are limited to five students to enhance interaction and learning. Each program includes a 2-hour lesson along with academic materials to support language acquisition.

Surfing lessons are offered through ISA Certified instructors, focusing on personal goals for each student. Each program includes five two-hour lessons per week, along with surfboard rentals and rash guards. The instructor-to-student ratio is maintained at a maximum of three, ensuring personalized attention.

Montezuma provides an array of adventure opportunities, including zip-lining, ATV rides, and deep-sea fishing.
