The location was AMAZING!!! It was next to Ponte Vecchio and I could walk to all the main tourist sites. The rooftop bar was a real treat, I highly recommend visiting it. The staff was friendly. They were always smiling and ready to assist me.
The breakfast wasn't actually in the building, I had to go across the street. I found the offerings limited, especially considering the price I paid per night. I was surprised that I had to pay extra for things like omelets and orange juice at breakfast.

The location was acceptable. The hotel is near major attractions.
The street noise was a significant problem. Loud music and crowds lingered until late at night. I could not sleep until after 3 AM because of it. The staff seemed unaware of this issue.

I really liked the location. It's literally right in front of the famous ponte vecchio bridge. our suite had a canopy bed and a sitting area right under the viewing windows. these windows even had automatic and electric blinds. complimentary breakfast was at a sister hotel across a courtyard.
i had a minor issue with noise from the street below at night. there was amplified music from a wine bar and crowds loitering outside a liquor store. it made it a bit difficult to sleep until late.
