amazing suite stay!
convenient locationfree drinksnoise insulation
the location was convenient i loved that the hotel offered access to a nearby gym for free the availability of washing machines in the basement was also a huge plus for longer stays. the drinks in the fridge were free a great touch and super handy after a long day exploring the city
the noise insulation in my room wasn't the best i could hear some drilling sounds one evening and controlling the temperature was a bit of a hassle as i had to message someone to adjust it this was a little inconvenient especially late at night

the staff was very helpful! they got me into a room at 10am when i arrived even though check-in wasn't until 3pm. i highly recommend this place. the front desk staff are excellent and so very helpful
the hotel advertised a working gym, but it does not exist, disappointing. guests only have access to an empty room in the gym next door and must pay €20/day to access the full gym. no reduction is available for hotel guests

my room faced a waste management facility across the river, it operated 24/7 and generated constant noise from compactors and trucks.

the suite was very large, with a huge balcony offering plenty of space. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom featured a high-pressure shower which i found great. i really liked modern build and also found free drinks in the fridge a great plus.
the drapes smelled like cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. we had to keep the sliding glass doors open when in the room to deal with the smell. this wasn't ideal , and i think addressing this would improve the experience.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the tram and bus. Daily cleaning kept everything tidy, and the reception staff was always available to assist with any requests. The included basement laundry with drying racks proved very useful during my summer trip. Staff even accommodated my consecutive bookings in the same room.
The soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the street was noticeable despite closed windows.
