Parking at the vine house was somewhat restricted, requiring parking in front of the hotel occasionally.

The staff seemed friendly. Location is good because it sits right in the heart of the area. My room had beds I found to be comfortable.
The room I paid for was small. It lacked any sort of view. I noticed the carpet was worn. The bathroom also felt quite small and the fan screeched during the night. This really let me down considering the price.

The breakfast provided a wonderful start to each day. the continental selection was broad, a real treat. i loved the option for hot food. The eggs benedict was lovely. it made our mornings so special.
the bar area became busy, especially in the afternoon.

The breakfast had many choices and it had good service. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Front of house was very nice and pleasant.
I thought the food in the dining room from the bar could be a little more upmarket.

the room had a fridge. it also included little glass bottles filled with milk for coffee. toiletries were supplied. breakfast was available for takeaway. there was a wide selection of food. i found good value for money. i would come back here, this hotel is fabulous.

the room had fresh milk with tea making facilities. i especially enjoyed my back massage and facial in the very good spa. the location is great (right on the high street!).
the food in the dining room could use a little more variety compared to the bar menu, just my opinion.
