prompt service airport pickup central location 24-hour security
the staff provided much help with my luggage. i appreciate the prompt airport pickup service they scheduled. the location is CENTRAL and close to many restaurants. i found having security available 24-hours reassuring.
the breakfast room IS small, so sometimes you must wait briefly for a table.

helpful staff smart tv bigger comforter comfy bed
the staff were so nice and helpful! they arranged an emergency dentist visit and offered a room change so i could watch netflix on a smart tv. i also got a bigger comforter for the bed. the breakfast was great and the bed was comfy!
the gym was a tiny room and only one person could use it at a time. the air conditioning there didn't work.

cramped room strange noises
the location was acceptable. it provided easy access to nearby attractions.

linda greeted me upon arrival and provided information about trips. i was quickly booked on tours that suited my style of travel. her knowledge and efficient handling of my bookings meant i had hassle-free tours. the staff were courteous, cute and friendly
the gym was a tiny room. it consisted of one treadmill and a handful of weights. it could only be used by one person at a time.
