The room was very spacious and offered plenty of storage space. The en suite bathroom was sizable enough.
The air conditioning was inadequate. The rooms remained at 29 degrees Celsius consistently. Loud music from a nearby bar was often audible.

mixed feelings about my stay
modern roompoor acnoisy bar
the room was modern and relatively clean.
The air conditioning barely worked. My room was like a sauna. there was also a noisy bar nearby. I often heard loud music late into the night, hard to relax. the pool and hot tub looked unclean, so i avoided using them altogether. That was disappointing

Acceptable experience
helpful staffearly check-incramped roomno lift
The staff was very helpful. They went out of their way to prepare our room for an earlier check-in (which i really appreciated). The team also kindly kept our luggage until we could pick it up later on departure day.
The double room felt cramped for three persons with luggage. The hotel has no lift, so it was difficult to bring luggage to the room (as we were up a few flights of stairs).
