the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. it had a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. a tesco express store was only a short walk away (very convenient).

the hallway carpets had stains, not very appealing. the bed was not very comfortable. the apartment looked more worn than in the pictures.

the location was quiet near some handy shops, that's acceptable i guess.

The hallway carpets really bothered me. They were dirty with marks, it made me uneasy. the pictures made it seem nice, but reality was different and disappointing. i would've liked fresher carpets.

the staff was friendly on arrival. the location is convenient as it is close to the rail and bus service. the apartment was very clean. a mini-supermarket is right beside the hotel, quite convenient.

The hotel information mentioned toiletries would be provided. i only received a starter kit for one day. Additional toiletries were not provided on request.
