inconsistent cleaningneglected garden
The hotel was modern at first. The advertised wrap-around balcony was not what I got. I found it disappointing. Room cleaning was inconsistent. The garden area also looked neglected. The gym also lacked equipment.

i stayed in a suite private pool. my room included a sun trap for the whole day. the air conditioning worked perfectly with two units. the pool was beautiful and the sunbeds were plentiful.
I found the staff very helpful and friendly. i was welcomed with a complimentary drink upon arrival. the breakfast buffet had many choices. I found it very rich and delicious.
there weren't many towel rails in the bathroom. the light over the door was broken so it was hard to open the door at night. i found the main road outside noisy during the night.
