Wonderful Stay, Was very good!

The wedding was amazing! I was very thankful for the very nice honeymoon suite and the lovely, spacious guest rooms. The wedding team, reception, and bar staff were all so kind and helpful. I am grateful for the fine conservatory and outdoor seating. It was perfect for photos, and I appreciate the efficient bar staff!!!
The electrical socket placement was not ideal for hair styling near the mirror. I found it a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable Stay in a Refined Setting

I found the room beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable! I especially liked that shower room with great fixtures. The hotel surroundings are very beautiful and well kept. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy.
The WiFi in my room did not work. I called reception. It did not improve. The decor was a little tired though, and could use an upgrade.

i found the building and grounds beautiful. the twin room was spacious and it provided all facilities i needed, like tea, coffee, and an iron. lots of outdoor seating was available and i made use of it.
the food was fine, but not gourmet.

I found the location near the airport very convenient. The hotel offers ample parking, a feature I certainly valued. The room I was assigned had modern decorations with calming wallpaper. It was also clean. I liked that guests receive a complimentary day pass for the sister hotel's health club. The pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were welcome perks.

Our stay had some issues. the room lacked proper heating. It felt freezing. the fresh orange and lemonade tasted bitter. i think the hotel is more focused on events than the guest experience..

The hotel is very close to the airport. i found the location to be perfect, as it was a quiet area with plenty of parking. The gardens around the hotel are well maintained. i also appreciated the modern decor in the reception and throughout the hotel.
The breakfast could have been better. Cold plates meant the food cooled quickly, but they tried.
