The breakfast was delicious and varied I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The bar area was beautiful it had a great selection of drinks. The staff were genuinely friendly to requests.
The absence of a lift was somewhat inconvenient for luggage.

Really good Service and Well kept Hotel
nice atmospheresuperb foodgood service
The hotel bar and restaurant had a nice atmosphere . Dinner and breakfast both offered food of superb quality. The housekeeping team provided very good service. My room was serviced even with a late do-not-disturb removal. I was most delighted by this unexpected attention to detail.
The bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs are steep with no lift available.

The staff are polite and helpful with all requests. Reception staff were excellent. They always were pretty good. The hotel is well kept with very informative staff.

The hotel has a great location which is very easy to reach. I found the decor to be nice. Parking can be tricky however i was lucky and managed to park right outside in hotel spaces.

The external rooms are better than the internal rooms. The room was immaculate with tons of hot water. A well stocked hospitality tray was available in the room too.

the hotel boasts a modern, clean aesthetic. its location offers easy access to town amenities. i found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the room had very little space for clothing storage. i also noticed breakfast felt a bit pre-cooked. the hard bed was really uncomfortable. it might suit other people though.

The breakfast choices were great, and the food tasted fresh.
I found the room warm, and the mattress was squeaky. This made it hard to sleep. Limited parking spaces meant finding close parking was difficult!

the BREAKFAST choices were great. I also thought the shower was great. I appreciated the great views out to the campsie fells.
there were NO lifts , and bedrooms were on the second floor.
