i had a massage in the spa. it was very relaxing. i also had lunch in the copper beech bar , the food was good.

i had issues with staff attentiveness during breakfast. i had to ask for continental breakfast items to be topped up. tetley tea bags and nescafe sachets are not 5 star hotel standard , either.

I was quite disappointed with a few aspects . The room I had was very cold. Staff informed me that there was no maintenance person available to fix it. That was really annoying. The gents' restroom near the reception was also not in good condition. My husband saw blood and paper all over. It was a bad sight.
