Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

loud party loose towel rails
The noise from the parties downstairs was a MAJOR problem. My room vibrated until after midnight. I also found it annoying there were no sockets near the bed and no bedside light. The towel rails were loose too. The room needed some updates.

the location was acceptable for our needs regarding nearness to the sea front and the town.
the family room was dismal. it was very dark with a small window. this window was blowing open in the wind. the shower worked intermittently and was grubby. our room was at the top of the building up 5 flights of stairs.
