my room featured a comfy king bed with nice linens. the bathroom had great shower pressure. i found complimentary coffee in the lobby helpful. the location had easy access to public transport.
the elevators had a slight delay sometimes, but it wasnt a huge deal.

great location helpful staff complimentary wine quiet rooms
I appreciated the location near penn station. Transportation was very easy. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. i enjoyed the complimentary happy hour wine. It added a nice touch to the evenings. the rooms are decorated well and are fairly quiet at night.
the room was a bit dark for my liking! though, i managed to adjust.

the location provided easy access to multiple subway stations. this made getting around the area simple. the shower offered excellent water pressure and temperature control. the bed was comfortable, supporting restful sleep throughout the night.
the room's lighting was slightly dim, especially noticeable when trying to read in the evening.

cramped room unanswered email
the location was indeed central.
the room felt cramped, especially for the price i paid. a faulty elevator led to long waits, it was quite inconvenient. also, a minibar charge was on my bill that i did not incur, and my emails to clarify this remain unanswered.
