the location was convenient (it was close to many attractions). the staff was friendly.

the room lacked a coffee machine, although the description said it had one. i only discovered late in my stay that i could request one. the maid service took my face cloth and never returned it despite me asking.

the staff members were friendly. the breakfast buffet offered a good start to the day. i found my room more spacious than typical rooms in the area. the service i received was definitely great.

I noticed the shower temperature was hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold.
