The staff were really friendly. They gave suggestions about where to eat. The room was clean. It had a nice view. I found the breakfast good with a quiet atmosphere. I liked the calmness. It made my afternoons on the balcony enjoyable.
The hotel lacked a personal touch. There was a shortage of equipment in my bathroom. I had to wait a long time to get hot water.

My room was spacious. It also had a balcony with sea views. The bed offered great comfort, plus, the shower was excellent! Housekeeping kept everything very clean each day.
The breakfast lacked significant variety and stayed almost identical daily.

The hotel is located close to the ferry terminal , made it easy to catch my ferry to Porto Santo. I also found the receptionist helpful with directions to points of interest and suggestions for local restaurants.

The breakfast selection disappointed me. It lacked variety. The quality of the products seemed subpar for a four-star hotel. I booked a room advertised with a sea view yet the view was obstructed. Elevator noise was also a constant issue in my room.

I noticed a very slight issue, a long black hair was in the bed.
