super location and great rooms!
comfortable bed valet parking recent refurbishment
Our room had a very comfortable bed and it was beautifully decorated. valet parking worked perfectly. the staff greeted us warmly. i loved the room and the bathroom. It looked like a recent refurbishment.
the hotel corridors were quite noisy starting early. i could clearly hear noise from other rooms and people walking around.

Acceptable but Not Really good Stay
thin walls uncomfortable bed
The room walls are quite thin. I heard hallway noise early each morning (starting around 7 AM). This was disruptive. I also found the bed only moderately comfortable (especially for a supposedly 4-star place).

excellent location easy walk convenient parking small window dated decor stuffy room
the location was excellent! it was right across the street from the bullring. getting to everything was an easy walk. parking was on-site and underground, very convenient.
the room had ONLY a VERY small window, so it felt stuffy. especially if you forget to leave the key in the air con unit when out! when we returned, the room was baking. the decor was somewhat dated and perhaps ready for a refurb.

convenient parking useful info easy walk
The location is AMAZING! i walked everywhere with ease. the onsite parking was super convenient! it's a little tight, but i managed it just fine. staff gave me really useful info. It was short, precise, and invaluable!
The pillows weren't regular. That was a bit odd.

Fabulous Central Hotel Experience!

The rooms feature a very spacious layout and great cleanliness. The staff was great. The hotel provided elevator access, very useful. We also had a crib and a baby tub, helpful for traveling with small children.
Soundproofing between rooms and hallways could use some improvement. I could hear hallway noise occasionally.

unbeatable location and friendly service!
convenient location helpful staff on-site parking
I loved the convenient location, right across from the bullring! access to the old bridge and plaza was super easy. and on-site parking was a huge relief. I didn't need to stress about finding a spot. the reception staff were really helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit!
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the corridor.

unpleasant odor loud noise
The location was really convenient for seeing the bullring. Valet parking (a bonus) made arrival easy.
I found the room to be quite noisy. I could clearly hear doors slamming and furniture moving above me (I was on a lower floor). The air conditioning also emitted an unpleasant odor.
