Fabulous Central Hotel Experience!

The rooms feature a very spacious layout and great cleanliness. The staff was great. We also had a crib and a baby tub, helpful for traveling with small children.
Soundproofing between rooms and hallways could use some improvement. I could hear hallway noise occasionally.

I loved the convenient location, right across from the bullring! access to the old bridge and plaza was super easy. and on-site parking was a huge relief. I didn't need to stress about finding a spot. the reception staff were really helpful with recommendations for places to eat and visit!
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the corridor.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, they were really attentive and always ready to assist with directions. they also provided useful tips and recommendations for local restaurants and attractions throughout the whole area.

The on-site private parking was a major plus. I found it convenient and secure. the location being right across from the bullring gave very nice access to the main pedestrian street with all the shopping and restaurant options.

The location was really convenient for seeing the bullring. Valet parking (a bonus) made arrival easy.
I found the room to be quite noisy. I could clearly hear doors slamming and furniture moving above me (I was on a lower floor). The air conditioning also emitted an unpleasant odor.
