lovely views central location
I really enjoyed the views from my room, they were lovely. staff parked the car for me, that was very convenient. the hotel's location allowed us to explore easily. Everything was close.
The street where the hotel stands is somewhat narrow. It made the initial arrival a little tricky.

the location was acceptable.
I booked a junior suite with river views. the room i received did not match the images online. my room was a two-level suite with the bed in a loft and the bathroom downstairs. It was frustrating! i expected something better for the price.

The food in the restaurant impressed me. I found the service and the view fine. the location was perfect. parking is convenient. The staff did park for me, though it was a bit tricky to find where to stop to unload bags.

I found the location to be ideal, steps away from the puente nuevo.. the surrounding valley views were lovely. the staff was friendly. They accommodated every request with a smile. the hotel's restaurant, albacara, provided a dining experience to remember.
i noticed that the street where the hotel is located is quite narrow, made arrival a little tricky.

excessive noise absent view
The room was located above the entrance and I experienced excessive noise levels. The absence of a view from my room was also a SIGNIFICANT disappointment. The noise and the lack of view negatively affected my experience at the hotel.
