nice dining area well-laid out room rear carpark noisy bed uncomfortable bed tv noise
the dining area was very nice. my room was well laid out, which i appreciated. there was also a carpark at the rear of the premises, a great bonus.
The bed was quite noisy. it was also uncomfortable. I had very little sleep. a neighbouring room had the tv on late, until 5am, and that was not ideal.

Acceptable Stay, Notable Issues
noisy bed saniflow pumps
The room was clean. It had a generous amount of tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, I had very little sleep all night. A neighboring room had the TV on until 5am (I could hear it), so that did not help. Toilets run on Saniflow pumps, so that was another awakening in the night.

Huw gave GREAT tips about the local area. The bed and room was comfortable and v clean. I found the facilities decent.
I noticed NO ONE was there WHEN I arrived. I rang him and he just gave us a key safe number. WE had to find everything out ourselves and there was no information

solid choice for a short trip
excellent parking large room
i had excellent parking right outside the front door. the room was impeccably CLEAN and quite large. The bathroom had a great shower. i received towels and shower gel, which i appreciated.
the beds were not GREAT i think the mattress needs replacing. our room had a wastewater pipe running down the corner. it was audible, and it wasn't very nice.

The owner seemed lovely and helpful. He gave us tips. There was a good selection of resources available. i saw taxi numbers and attraction leaflets, which i used to plan my day. ALL the staff were very friendly.

the hotel is near the town center. i could EASILY get into the hotel. a fish and chip shop was only 100 yards away. i also saw a micro brewery pub nearby.

the hotel had good facilities . The kitchen has everything you NEEDED to prepare meals. the dining room felt very cute. there's onsite parking too.
