solid stay with minor hiccup
secured gatefree tuk-tuklasting impression
The secured gate offered good security. I felt safe. i appreciated the free tuk-tuk to nana bts. It was a nice touch. the very nice scent upon entering the hotel made a lasting impression.
This created a queue.

The staff was generally lovely and very organised! they offered a free tuk-tuk ride to nana bts station every hour. the staff at the spa were friendly. They were soft-spoken.

The hotel is near nana bts station. This makes it convenient. there is a 7/11 outside the hotel. This is useful. the hotel is steps away from adult entertainment bars.

The breakfast was amazing. It had a variety of options each day. i ordered the cha tra mue thai milk tea and kaya toast every morning. It was delicious. the hotel also.

loud streetawkward layout
the room overlooked a very noisy street the single-pane windows did little to block out the sound traffic continued late into the night making it difficult to sleep also the bathroom layout was awkward the sink was located outside the actual bathroom area this felt inconvenient and lacked privacy. i expected better soundproofing and a more functional bathroom design. these issues impacted my overall stay.

i relished the hotel's prime location and the friendliness of the staff. i felt very secure due to the security measures in place. the quiet atmosphere, especially considering its proximity to local activities, was amazing!!!
waiting times were long, a significant inconvenience for a hotel of this standard. i expect prompt service. Addressing maintenance issues rapidly is essential.
