The staff was helpful with directions and local tips. I had fresh towels and toiletries daily. It was a nice touch. My room had a room safe, which I appreciated a lot. The Nana BTS station was also only a short walk away, very convenient.
The smart TV did not have many usable apps installed.

the room i got was pretty small, smaller than i thought. also, i noticed some mold in the bathroom, especially around the shower. it wasn't a huge deal but still noticeable and kind of were good. the noise from the street was quite loud too. it was hard to get to sleep before things quieted down outside.

The staff was genuinely helpful. They quickly sorted out my early access to my room. I was very happy about that. My room was large with a big window that let in a lot of light. The location proves to be ideal for accessing nearby attractions.
The air conditioning did not work too well. It was too hot, and i had trouble sleeping. I also found the breakfast options somewhat limited for the price charged.

The room included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables, which i found reassuring. Daily housekeeping provided fresh towels. The bed was large and firm, offering a good night's rest, as well as ample space to unwind after my excursions.
