constant noisesewage smell
The room felt outdated and lacked proper soundproofing. i could constantly hear traffic noise, irritating. then, the new room had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. This was addressed, but it returned later. it was an unpleasant experience overall.

I really appreciated the friendly service. the staff was always helpful! i liked that the hotel is connected to the central ladprao mall, because it made shopping easy. It's a real convenience. also, i found the location quite safe. It put my mind at ease during my solo trip.
I found the noise insulation lacking! i could hear sounds from nearby rooms. It was a little distracting.

the hotel has a nice pool, though it is a bit small! i saw people really enjoying it. there is also a gym on site with treadmills and weights, providing options for exercise.

The hotel connects directly to the central plaza mall, a big plus! this mall has a huge variety of shops and restaurants. It really adds to the experience. the hotel is also not too far from the airport.
