Acceptable Location, Noticeable Deficiencies
easy accesscramped sizepoor sound insulation
The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby amenities.
I found my room less than satisfactory. The size was cramped, severely restricting movement around the furniture. the sound insulation proved inadequate. Noises from outside and adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep significantly.

excellent locationuntrained management
The hotel's location is excellent. It is in the heart of the harbor and near bars and restaurants.
I encountered issues with the room and staff. The first room had a nasty drain smell that worsened over time. Staff could not change rooms and did not know how to contact the manager.

the location IS great. i traveled with my wife, and the room was spacious for both of us. It was clean, and the decoration was nice.
the aircon was not working properly. when i complained, i was not informed that it couldn't be fixed. i only learned it was broken when i asked for details. the room was small too.

The beautiful old harbor room offered a nice view. the breakfast included plenty of choice. It was a good spot to start the day. there are parking options available nearby!
