The breakfast was satisfactory.
The road to the hotel was a significant problem. The shuttle vehicle used was in poor condition. The location is far from the main road, accessible only via a difficult track.

the staff were very friendly and willing to help (service was great).
After a long day, i returned to find my room hadn't been cleaned, and there were no towels or toilet paper. when i mentioned it, i was told i needed to request room cleaning. I've never had to ask for that before. the food was not good. It was the worst meal i had during my trip.

bad roadno automatic cleaning
the road to the place was quite bad i should have known this beforehand. i was also surprised the room wasn't cleaned automatically i had to ask. the staff didn't explain this during check in and it was a bit annoying. the breakfast was okay but i expected more given the price.
