I had a amazing time! The staff was helpful and always ready to meet every need. The entertainment and food options were excellent! I was very happy with the available shops. I highly recommend this resort. I found it good. The hotel is well-kept.
Although generally excellent, I observed that the room could benefit from some minor maintenance. I saw some wear and tear. Housekeeping sometimes missed replacing towels, and water was occasionally not restocked. A coffee pot was not cleaned one day. This was a little disappointing given the high standards of the resort.

The staff was very attentive and provided immediate responses to requests. They were always willing to assist! The butlers ensured all needs were met promptly. I was very pleased with their professionalism. The service was excellent.

The suite included spacious rooms with modern design. I had two toilets and three sinks. The balcony was large, overlooking the pool and beach. The room bar drinks were available for consumption. The suite provided ample space.

The hotel features gorgeous landscaping and well-kept grounds. I noted clean pools with comfortable water temperature. The beach has regular cleaning and maintenance. The gym equipment was modern! This was a benefit.

The food options include a variety of restaurants. I noted fresh smoothies made onsite, where guests can select their own fruits and vegetables. Flavors Buffet had a wide selection of foods. This was very convenient. The meals were delicious!

The resort is in a great area. The beach is very close! I enjoyed its private access and service. The hotel offers many scheduled activities each day! I found it worthwhile. The location provided everything I needed.

the beach access was convenient and there were plenty of pools, so finding a spot to relax wasn't difficult.
The food quality left something to be desired, it was very average considering the price. The pool was surprisingly small. It was hardly the sprawling oasis i expected. i also found the statue outside the japanese restaurant offensive. It felt dated and insensitive.
