My junior suite had a great tropical view and the AC worked very well. Food was good at all restaurants. I think the drinks was very well too, there was lot of options for every taste. The staff was friendly and always available.
The beach had an seaweed smell, you needed to use perfume before leaving the room. I found people saving chairs with towels early in the morning. I don't like peoples marking presence with towels, I don't think it is a good practice.

I enjoyed the pools here. The main pool has good size. Water temperature felt good. The adults-only pool was quieter and big too. Alfredo, Ismael, Edwardo, and Victor are wonderful hosts and servers. I see that. I really appreciate that the food was great. Drinks are very great also. The entertainment team was fun. Tony, Omar, Mar, Monica, and Joe acted kindly. They did make boys days so fun. I am very glad that the pool staff, Ivan, Michelle, and Felix, took care of us always keeping are drinks full.
The check-in took a good while. After traveling, drink at the beginning would be nice.
