The staff was helpful. My room included electric blinds and stylish curtains. I enjoyed the view of the city from the top floor.
My room lacked coffee-making facilities, which i thought was a shame. Ironing involved going to reception and being escorted to a meeting room. I had to carry my clothes through the hotel after ironing.

the hotel's location worked well for exploring the area. i found many restaurants within a short walk (about five minutes). the staff helped me with directions and local tips. i was pleased they quickly provided tea cups and a kettle when i requested them.
the shower stall was a bit small, making movement a little difficult during showers.

the hotel offers a garage. securing a space there was a definite plus. the staff assisted in arranging tours .
