The hotel was pretty clean and some staff were helpful.

I found the service not very flexible. Almost everything seemed to cost extra and that is odd for a hotel charging high prices. Drinks were really expensive, I got a drink from a bottle that was not empty but sat aside and I had to ask for the top up. The small cup of orange juice was 8 pounds. That was unlimited at breakfast a few hours earlier.

the staff was kind and helpful. anna and gemma at the reception were especially lovely. the rooftop area with valentine offered a really nice and relaxing experience, and the hotel was very clean.

The hotel charged for everything in the room. This included water and snacks on the table. i found this quite surprising and slightly inconvenient. THERE were no prices listed near these items, more confusing.
