romantic escape with skyline views

the hotel's central position helped me explore easily. the staff was so lovely during every interaction. the views were beautiful (i even felt relaxed on the 28th floor despite my fear of heights!). the bed was the most comfortable one ever.
i found the lack of hot drinks in the room a slight disappointment.

the staff were very good too help with everything. one of the sweetest people i have met in italy worked here, always willing to help with a smile. guest relations greeted us at breakfast always.

the hotel sits near the historic center (making it easy to explore!). the port where ferries leave for capri and ischia is very close. this made island hopping so simple.
