the staff printed our tickets for a university tour. the location was very good for access to tourist attractions. all my needs met expectations in a perfect way. i strongly recommend this hotel for any traveller.

the breakfast had many options, with delicious homemade cakes available to guests. the breakfast staff accommodated our early departure with early access to breakfast. the coffee was wonderful.

professional and friendly staff ensured assistance at reception. the hotel features helpful staff that worked hard. this provided directions to the nearest pharmacy when i asked, which i appreciate.

the location is in the historical center, and very central to all major sites. it is near a lot of restaurants. you could reach the hotel easily by taxi from the station.

the room included a fridge, safe, kettle and also good quality tea. a portable usb hub was present on the desk to enable charging devices. the hotel is super clean and well maintained.
